The principals of Windborne Properties, Inc. are an award-winning team of licensed Georgia builders with over 27 years experience designing and building homes around Lake Lanier, Georgia.  They have assembled a team of craftsmen who give the utmost attention to detail assuring the finest quality in construction.

Jim Babcock was introduced to the building industry as a young boy by his father who owned many rental properties. While in college Jim continued working various summer Jobs in construction related fields. He joined a residential construction business in 1985 and began Windborne Properties, Inc. in 1991 and has been specializing in upscale homes on Lake Lanier ever since.

William Kravchuk joined Windborne Properties in 2002 as a superintendent and has since been promoted to Vice President.  William was born and raised in the Ukraine.  Prior to immigrating to the U. S. in 1998 he held several positions in the home construction industry in the Ukraine and then in Germany.  William’s vast experience in all phases of home construction, including being a licensed plumber, and his desire for perfection make him an invaluable member of the team.
